Returns & Refunds
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received them, with original tags and packaging.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Custom-printed items, clearance products, and final-sale items cannot be returned unless defective or damaged.
3. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified via email or WhatsApp. If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
4. Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, style, or product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
5. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping method to ensure safe delivery of your return.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us immediately with photos. We will resolve the issue promptly at no additional cost to you.
